The Central Government has issued new and revised guidelines and covid protocols for reopening schools and colleges across the country. 

After extensive discussion, guidelines have been prepared by the Center for reopening of schools, which must be complied with by the States and Union Territories.

Schools were partially opened in 16 states

The Joint Secretary (JS) of the Department of School Education and Literacy said, "Schools need to adhere to the guidelines for health and safety protocols for reopening and learning with social distance." 

Schools have been partially opened in 16 states while educational institutions have been closed in 9 states.

It is mandatory to follow this guideline of the Center

ગુજરાતમાં હવે નવા કેસો 25 હજારની નજીક આવી ગયા છે. દિવસ ને દિવસે કેસોમાં 4000થી 5000નો ઉછાળો આવી રહ્યો છે, જેને પગલે સરકાર વધુ કડક નિયંત્રણો લાદે એવી શક્યતા છે. નાઇટ કર્ફ્યૂ સહિતની SOPની 22મીએ મુદત પૂર્ણ થઈ રહી છે, જેને પગલે આજે મુખ્યમંત્રીના નિવાસસ્થાને રાજ્ય સરકારની કોર કમિટીની બેઠક મળશે. કોર કમિટીની આ બેઠક બાદ રાજ્ય સરકાર આજે નવી કડકમાં કડક ગાઈડલાઈન્સ જાહેર કરી શકે છે. આ બેઠકમાં વધુ નિયંત્રણો મૂકવા કે નહીં એના પર વિસ્તૃત ચર્ચા કરવામાં આવશે. સૌકોઈની નજર નાઇટ કર્ફ્યૂના સમય અને લગ્નમાં મહેમાનોની છૂટ પર છે. નવી ગાઇડલાઇન્સમાં નાઇટ કર્ફ્યૂ રાતના 10ને બદલે 9થી સવારના 6 વાગ્યા સુધી કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.

નવી ગાઇડલાઇન્સમાં ખાસ કરીને મોલ-મલ્ટિપ્લેક્સ, કોમર્શિયલ કોમ્પ્લેક્સ, હોટલ-રેસ્ટોરાં, પાનના ગલ્લાઓ અને ખાનગી ઓફિસોમાં કર્મચારીઓની સંખ્યા મર્યાદિત કરે એવી શક્યતાઓ છે. સરકારી અને ખાનગી ઓફિસોમાં 50 ટકા કર્મચારીઓ સાથે કામ કરવાની છૂટ આપવામાં આવી શકે છે તેમજ 10 ઉપરાંત અન્ય શહેરોમાં નાઇટ કર્ફ્યૂ લાદવામાં આવી શકે છે. એની સાથે સાથે ધોરણ 10, 12 અને કોલેજો પણ થોડા દિવસ સુધી બંધ કરવામાં આવી શકે છે.

10 શહેરમાં રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યૂ- રાત્રે 10થી સવારે 6 સુધી

અમદાવાદ, વડોદરા, રાજકોટ, સુરત, ભાવનગર, જામનગર, જૂનાગઢ, ગાંધીનગર તથા હવે આણંદ અને નડિયાદમાં પણ રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યૂનો અમલ થશે.

હાલ કયાં કયાં ક્ષેત્રોમાં કેવા પ્રતિબંધ અને કેવી છૂટછાટ

• દુકાન-વેપાર-ધંધા: દુકાનો, કોમર્શિયલ સંસ્થાઓ, લારી-ગલ્લા, શોપિંગ કૉમ્પ્લેક્સ, માર્કેટિંગ યાર્ડ, સાપ્તાહિક ગુજરીબજાર, હાટ, હેરકટિંગ શૉપ, સ્પા-સલૂન, બ્યૂટી પાર્લર તથા અને વ્યાપારિક ગતિવિધિઓ રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે. જે-તે દુકાન-ઑફિસના માલિક, સંચાલક, કર્મચારીઓ માટે રસીના બે ડોઝ ફરજિયાત રહેશે.
• હોટલ-રેસ્ટોરન્ટ્સ: બેઠક ક્ષમતાના 75% સુધી રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લી રાખી શકાશે. હોટલ-રેસ્ટોરન્ટ હોમ ડિલિવરી સેવાઓ રાત્રે 11 વાગ્યા સુધી ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે.
• રાજકીય, ધાર્મિક, શૈક્ષણિક જાહેર કાર્યક્રમો: ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં માત્ર 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં કાર્યક્રમ યોજી શકાશે. બંધ અથવા ઇન્ડોર સ્થળે ક્ષમતાના 50% તથા મહત્તમ 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં લોકો ભેગા થઈ શકશે.
• જિમ, સિનેમા, વોટરપાર્ક, લાઇબ્રેરી: બેઠક ક્ષમતાના 50 % લોકોને જ મંજૂરી આપી શકાશે. ઓડિટોરિયમ કે એસેમ્બ્લી હૉલમાં પણ બેઠક ક્ષમતાના 50 % લોકોને મંજૂરી મળશે.
• લગ્ન પ્રસંગો માટે નિયંત્રણો: ખુલ્લી જગ્યામાં માત્ર 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં યોજી શકાશે. બંધ અથવા ઇન્ડોર સ્થળે ક્ષમતાના 50% તથા મહત્તમ 150 લોકોની મર્યાદામાં લોકો ભેગા થઈ શકશે. લગ્ન માટે ડિજિટલ ગુજરાત પોર્ટલ પર નોંધણી કરાવવાની રહેશે. જોકે આ નિયંત્રણો હાલ 15 જાન્યુ. પૂરતાં છે. આ તારીખ સુધી કમૂરતાં હોવાથી લગ્નો યોજાશે નહીં. 15 જાન્યુ. પછી પણ નિયંત્રણોની મુદત લંબાવાશે એવી શક્યતા છે.
• અંતિમક્રિયા/દફનવિધિ: સ્મશાનયાત્રા કે અંતિમવિધિને લગતા પ્રસંગોમાં મહત્તમ માત્ર 100 લોકો ઉપસ્થિત રહી શકશે.
• વાહનવ્યવહાર: નૉન-એસી બસમાં ક્ષમતાના 75% મુસાફરોને મંજૂરી મળશે. પેસેન્જરોને ઊભા રહેવાની મંજૂરી નહીં મળે. એસી બસમાં પણ મહત્તમ 75% ક્ષમતા સાથે પ્રવાસીઓને મંજૂરી. (ખાસ નોંધ: બસ ટ્રાન્સપોર્ટ સેવાઓને રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યૂમાંથી મુક્તિ મળશે.)
• જાહેર બાગ-બગીચા: રાત્રે 10 વાગ્યા સુધી ખુલ્લા રહી શકશે. સોશિયલ ડિસ્ટન્સિંગ, માસ્ક અનિવાર્ય રહેશે.
• સ્કૂલ-કોલેજ અને પરીક્ષાઓ વિશે: ધોરણ 1થી 9 સુધીની સ્કૂલોમાં આગામી 31 જાન્યુઆરી સુધી માત્ર ઑનલાઇન વર્ગો યોજાશે. ઑફલાઇન શિક્ષણ સદંતર બંધ રહેશે. સ્કૂલ, કોલેજની પરીક્ષાઓ કે ભરતી માટેની સ્પર્ધાત્મક પરીક્ષાઓ કોરોના ગાઇડલાઇન્સના કડક પાલન સાથે એસઓપી (સ્ટાન્ડર્ડ ઓપરેટિંગ પ્રોસિજર) સાથે યોજી શકાશે.
• સ્પોર્ટ્સ સ્ટેડિયમ/રમતગમતની ઇવેન્ટ: પ્રેક્ષકોની ઉપસ્થિતિ વિના મેચ કે સ્પર્ધા યોજી શકાશે.

રાત્રિ કર્ફ્યૂના નિયમો અને છૂટછાટ

• બીમાર વ્યક્તિ, સગર્ભા મહિલા કે અશક્ત વ્યક્તિને અટેન્ડન્ટ સાથે અવરજવરની છૂટ.
• બસ, રેલવે કે વિમાનના પ્રવાસીઓને અવરજવરની છૂટ. ટિકિટ દર્શાવવાની રહેશે.
• આવશ્યક સેવાઓ સાથે સંકળાયેલા કર્મચારીઓ, અધિકારીઓને છૂટ.
• અનિવાર્ય સંજોગોમાં બહાર નીકળનાર લોકોએ ઓળખપત્ર, ડૉક્ટરનું પ્રિસ્ક્રિપ્શન કે સારવારને લગતા કાગળો રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.
• અનિવાર્ય સંજોગોમાં બહાર નીકળનાર સાથે અધિકારી/કર્મચારીએ માનવીય અભિગમ રાખવાનો રહેશે.

કર્ફ્યૂમાં રાહત - આ સેવા/કામગીરીને છૂટ

રાજ્યમાં 1 જાન્યુઆરીથી નોંધાયેલાં કેસ, ડિસ્ચાર્જ અને મૃત્યુ

• મેડિકલ, પેરા-મેડિકલ, એને લગતી સેવાઓ.
• ઓક્સિજન ઉત્પાદન અને વિતરણ કામગીરી.
• ઇન્ટરનેટ, ટેલિફોન, મોબાઇલ સર્વિસ પ્રોવાઇડર તથા આઇટી સબંધિત સેવાઓ.
• પ્રિન્ટ અને ઇલેક્ટ્રોનિક મીડિયા તથા અખબાર વિતરણ સાથે સંકળાયેલા કર્મચારીઓને છૂટ.
• પેટ્રોલ, ડીઝલ, LPG, CNG, PNG સેવાઓ સાથે સંકળાયેલા કર્મચારીને છૂટ મળશે.
• પોસ્ટ, કુરિયર સેવાઓ તથા ખાનગી સિક્યોરિટી સેવાઓ.
• પશુ-આહારા, ઘાસચારો તથા પશુઓની દવા સંબંધિત સેવાઓ. કૃષિલક્ષી કામગીરી, પેસ્ટ કન્ટ્રોલ તથા અન્ય આવશ્યક સેવાઓ.
• આવશ્યક ચીજવસ્તુઓના પરિવહન અને સંગ્રહ સંબંધિત સેવાઓ.
• તમામ ઉદ્યોગોને રૉ-મટીરિયલ પૂરી પાડતા એકમો ચાલુ રહેશે. તેમના સ્ટાફ માટે વાહનવ્યવહારને મંજૂરી.
• બાંધકામને લગતી પ્રવૃત્તિઓ ચાલુ રાખી શકાશે

રાજ્ય સરકારે ભરતીમાં વય મર્યાદાની એક વર્ષની છૂટછાટ આપી છે.

સરકાર તરફથી કેબિનેટ મંત્રી જીતુ વાઘાણીએ આ અંગે જાહેરાત કરતાં કહ્યું છે કે કોરોનાની સ્થિતિમાં અનેક ભરતી માટેની યુવાનોએ  તકલીફો વેઠી છે.

જેને ધ્યાને રાખી વયમર્યાદામાં છૂટછાટનો નિર્ણય 1/9/2021થી લાગુ કરવાનું સરકાર દ્વારા નક્કી કરવામાં આવ્યું છે.

ટેટની પરીક્ષાની સમય મર્યાદામાં પણ વધારો કરાયો છે.

ટેટમાં આ સમય મર્યાદા નવી શિક્ષણનીતિ લાગુ ન થાય ત્યાં સુધી રહેશે. તેમજ આ નિર્ણયને કારણે 3300 જેટલી ભરતી પણ કરવામાં આવશે.

જેનો સીધો લાભ ઉમેદવારોને થશે તેવી જાહેરાત શિક્ષણમંત્રી જીતુ વાઘાણી દ્વારા કરવામાં આવી છે.

ST-SC (સ્નાતકથી વધારેની મર્યાદા) 41 વર્ષ

OBC (સ્નાતકથી વધારેની મર્યાદા) 41 વર્ષ
OBC (સ્નાતક અભ્યાસની મર્યાદા) 39 વર્ષ
વધુમાં વધુ મર્યાદા 45 વર્ષ
